Where is the training school and how do I get there?
Our address and directions are provided within the Joining Instructions and on the website.
Do I need PPE?
No, all equipment is provided by Applus
When will I receive my certificate?
Applus will provide a certificate of training and you will receive your IRATA certificate within a couple of weeks.
What should I do if I am unable to attend after booking?
Please call 01324 489 785 and one of our advisers will be able to assist.
When will my booking be confirmed?
Your booking is confirmed on receipt of payment.
What happens if I am not available for the whole course?
Full attendance is a requirement on all courses.
Do you provide accommodation?
No, but we can provide a list of hotels local to the Applus Training School.
Can training be delivered at our company?
Apart from IRATA Rope Access courses all other training can be provided throughout the UK.
What time does the course start?
8.30am, please report to reception and sign in.
Can I make a group booking?
Yes, please contact our advisers who will be able to assist.
Do you accept applicants from overseas?
Applus welcomes international applicants, however a good understanding of the English language is important.
Can I book on behalf of someone else?
Yes, bookings can be made online or by phone.
Is lunch provided?
Yes, we provide a light lunch (soup and a sandwich)
